The concept of this film alone is absurd. It’s a sort of Sixth Sense type of movie. The ghosts just have unfinished business, maybe you can help them continue on. Then it turns into a rapidly escalating but not especially interesting revenge story that resolves in a weird shadow realm like Insidious. The make up was great, that’s about all I have to praise about the film.

The twist was funny. I regularly suspected it but the film did throw me off the scent almost every time it gave me cause to question. It was funny mostly in that it was so unnecessary. The only purpose it served was to give the characters a solution to a problem arbitrarily introduced in the same scene.
